Unfortunately, without further information, it is difficult to provide specific assistance. However, there are a few troubleshooting steps that can be tried. Firstly, ensure that you are downloading the correct driver compatible with your operating system version. Additionally, try reinstalling the driver after completely uninstalling the previous installation. If the issue persists, contacting the manufacturer's support or seeking help from technical forums might be beneficial.

Successfully installed d-driver, it's showing the Digisol window but not connecting. Th displayed networks are Limited. The same desktop connects to same network with D-Link adapter.

After driver installation, you just have to be sure that everything installed properly. Reboot the PC and then go to Device Manager (Start > Run > devmgmt.msc) and look through the available devices. No item should be displayed with yellow exclamation mark or a red X.

If everything is OK, launch the application then go to the Settings menu and make it the default app and try to connect again.

If it's not working, then obtain a new driver from the developer's website and install it over the current one.

I've looked on various websites that deal with drivers, but this device doesn't appear to be supported in terms of downloading resource files (drivers, tools, manual, documentation, brochures, etc).

This means you will have to take advantage of the Windows Update, but for that to happen, an Internet connection is required.

The wired Internet connection is require for this process. Once the driver is installed through Windows Update, you can disconnect the wired Internet and continue using the WiFi one.

I'm using Windows 7 32bit. I have already reinstalled the drivers. But it's not working. The adapter is working fine in Windows 10 but not working in Windows 7. Any suggestions?

If you have a wired connection, then the DIGISOL driver will be installed automatically through the Windows Update module. Sometimes products are made only for a certain version of Windows, therefore the cause to your issue.

Access the following link and select the device you have based on its type and product number, then download the necessary packages and install them.

The error 651 is common to the PPPoE connections/modems. You receive this error when there is a problem with the network adapter. You won't receive this error from a WiFi adapter.

I recommend reinstalling all your network adapters, and afterwards you can try to connect again. It's also a random error that might appear and go very easy without user's interference.

I can only see two available WiFi networks. I am pretty sure that I have around 5 WiFi networks that can be detected. How can I view all of them?

A
Answer by Aiden McLeod

The device that you use for connecting to a WiFi network has a built-in antenna. Because of this, it's possible that it can't detect all the available connections in your zone due to weak signal strength. Also, some connections that you can't see might not be supported by your device. However, try to keep its driver up-to-date at all time. This will ensure that the device is running properly. All the available drivers can be downloaded from the official website.

In my DIGIOL DG4100N the WPS is not working and my Internet TV needs the same button as well.

Answer by Stephen Prastman

If the WPS button is not working, then you need to connect to the Administration interface of your router and access the WPS menu under Security or General Settings. To find the IP of the router, simply go to Start > Run > cmd > ipconfig /all. Copy and paste the IP address on a browser tab and load it. Input the default username and password and you should have access to the interface. Enable the WPS, reboot the router, then you can connect the devices through WPS.

I wouldn't advise connecting a dongle to a Power outlet unless it's recommended or you're instructed to do so. The Digisol dongles are used for data communication and you need to connect them to a USB port on your laptop or PC. In no way you should connect those to power outlets.

As you can see below in the picture, this one requires external power through a wall outlet with USB and it should be used with a power transformer that delivers the voltage and indicated amperage.
